The Residence is open all year, has 64 apartments from studios to 4 rooms, accommodating from 2 to 8 people.
The apartments:

• Studio 3-4 people (BAT) 20-25 m²: Sleeping area with 2 single beds or bunk beds. Some with single instead of the sofa bed in the living room. Terrace.
• 2 rooms 5 persons (BBT) 28-33 m² Duplex: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeping area with 1 single bed. Some with balcony.
• 3 rooms 6 persons (BCF) 38-44 m² some duplex: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom or mezzanine with bunk beds or sofa bed. Room shower room. Most balcony or terrace.
• 3 or 4 rooms 7-8 persons (BCT) 46-63 m² some duplex: Room for 2 people. House for 1-2 people. Room or loft for 1-2 persons. Room shower room. Most with balcony or terrace.
