Restaurant:

• With fireplace, comfortable armchairs upholstered with colored wool broadcloths and incredible backlit ceilings on wich the details of famous tapestry of the Chateau of Versailles have been reproduced, the Strato’s restaurant and bar are a world apart within the hotel itself.
• Suckling lamb and gnocchi with matured Beaufort cheese Brittany lobster cooked in a chestnut leaf, old-style-vegetables cooked with a black truffle, revisited backed Alaska or Mont-Blanc dessert…The strato Menu sets the tone, offering dishes wich are the very best without being pretentious in the slightest. It’s warm, home-style cuisine-the most appreciated in winter.
